At least 10 weeks before the event, you need to write your draft copy and start to gather all your logos, images and additional information together and then.
- 9 weeks before the event brief the designer/printer
- 8 weeks before the event get rough visuals back from designer
- 7 weeks before the event get proofs for correction
- 6 weeks before the event get proofs and final artwork delivered to the designer/printer
- 5 weeks before the event check final proofs and return to printer
- 3 weeks before the event dispatch to the customer
