Information Sheet: Marketing: Defining the Offer to your Audience

It helps to make a list of the features and benefits you can offer the audience. These can be both functional (the artist, the genre, the venue) and experiential (emotional appeal, atmosphere, experience). Clearly, the closer the match between your offer and what a customer wants, the more effective your communications will be.
